If you are good, the whole world will be good for you.  -- Sri Swami Sivananda

“Yoga, it isn’t too difficult, you can go at your own pace,
can practice anywhere, anytime.  Even at the beginner’s
level, your entire body feels more flexible, minor aches
and pains decrease, your spirit is lightened, your
perspective on life is more positive.  Body, mind and
spirit are rejuvenated with every practice .”

"After leaving the chair yoga class for the first time I must say
I was very surprised at the results.  The most important factor
to me was that when I got in my car I did not even think about
smoking, which is usually the first thing I do at any given
time.  I look forward to continuing class.“

“Yoga class is one of the high points of my week.  It is both
relaxing and invigorating. I have a history of bulging discs
in my back which used to cause me to wake up at night
with severe foot pain. Since I started practicing yoga (even
just once a week!) I no longer have the pain.”
- Betsy G.
I began taking chair yoga class after an eye injury
prevented my attending regular yoga classes.  I was
so pleasantly surprised to learn that chair yoga is just
as beneficial as regular yoga.  The breathing
exercises, postures and relaxation methods are just
wonderful.  I would highly recommend this to anyone
who wishes to become more flexible, more relaxed,
and more able to control stress.
