Meditation Mondays 6:45 - 7:15
Join me for this series of classes, offered every
4-6 weeks. We will discuss and practice the
different types of meditation. Please bring a
beach towel/blanket and a cushion, or purchase
one at the studio.
Satsang 6:45 - 7:15 or 7:15 - 7:45
This FREE offering will be a gathering of
community. We will join our energies by
breathing, meditating, and chanting. On days
when there is Meditation Class, we will begin
at 7:15 otherwise we'll begin at 6:45. Please
