We can live for days without food and water, but
without breath we would die within minutes.  Proper
breathing brings oxygen to the brain and controls prana
(vital energy).  In this workshop you will practice/learn
several pranayama exercises and their effect on the body.  
Techniques and tools for meditation will be discussed at
the beginning of the workshop so that we can gracefully
transition from pranayama into meditation.  Come enjoy
an afternoon of cleansing and peace of mind.


Thai Yoga Massage
A unique system of yoga therapy that combines rythymic
massage, acupressure, assisted yoga poses, and energy

Ideal for those desiring a more personalized yoga

Weekend Retreats
An opportunity to immerse yourself in yoga for a

includes accommodations in a Cape May NJ location,
yoga & meditation classes, breathing & relaxation
