Ananda Yoga Cape May Court House, NJ    609-465-4220
I began practicing yoga in 2000.  In 2001, I was introduced to Sivananda
yoga.  Having found the style that I am passionate about, I quickly
developed a daily practice.

When I realized that I wanted to share my love of yoga with others, I
began my teacher training.  I achieved my first certification in 2006, and
am a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher.  I received my 500-hour  teaching
certification, from YogaLife Institute, in June 2010.  Recognizing that
there is always something new to learn, I continue to study and practice
yoga on a daily basis.

My teaching style is that of encouragement; I like to challenge my
students, while at the same time, reminding them not to force their way
into a practice.  I believe that yoga is about focusing on the positive; yoga
is about what you
can do.

Namaste,
Arlene
